Hi! We’re James and Abbie the founders of Lume Properties, a husband-and-wife team based in Preston, Lancashire, driven by a passion for property and a vision for the future. What started as a shared interest and many hours spent dreaming about property investment has grown into a business we’re proud to call our own.

For years, we didn’t think we had the means to get started in property—but with the right training, guidance, and a little courage, we’ve taken the leap. We’ve trained with New Era Training and are currently being mentored as we continue to grow and develop our business with confidence and care.

At the heart of Lume Properties is a belief in building strong foundations—not just in homes, but in relationships. We focus on creating opportunities that work for everyone involved, whether you’re looking to invest or just curious to learn more.

When we’re not talking property, you’ll find us out walking our French Bulldog, Vinnie—who’s easily the most spoiled member of the team!
